ABOUT

I am a student at the Ohio State University where I am pursuing a degree in Public Affairs Journalism with minors in business and sociology. Throughout my undergraduate years, I have immersed myself in work that moulds me into a well-rounded individual. From writing for the Lantern as the diversity and accessibility beat writer, to holding leadership roles in cultural student organisations such as the Vietnamese Student Association and Asian American Association, I was able to delve into my interest in learning and sharing knowledge about social topics that are prevalent in our society.

I also have a love for creativity. I have taken courses where I have begun to create video stories for the Lantern, which immediately piqued a great interest in me. This is why multimedia journalism combines two of my biggest passions. In the future, I aim to create work that educates viewers of important social issues while also providing engaging visuals to tell a provoking story.
